Coastal Beach Sessions: Booking Fee
NATURE OF TODAY'S PURCHASE:
By making this purchase today you are placing the initial booking fee to secure your chosen time slot for a Coastal Beach Session with Amber Webb Photography. Please be sure to read all information below before booking.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Today's payment is for the initial Booking Fee/Retainer ONLY. You will purchase your images separately after the session (more on this below).

WHEN & WHERE:
These sessions will be taking place on Sunday, July 28th at Cape Disappointment State Park. (Note: There is a short & relatively easy hike required to get to this spot. Please read more on this below.) Having shot at this particular spot multiple times now, I can say with confidence that I much prefer the lighting earlier in the day, versus the evening light. Therefore, I have chosen to schedule these sessions for late-morning.

HOW TO BOOK:
To book a session you will scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the dropdown menu that says "Select Variant". The menu will pop up and list the time slots that are currently available to book. Click on your desired time slot, then click: "Add To Cart". You'll then proceed to Checkout. Once you have checked out and your payment has gone through, the time slot you selected will be removed from the list, making it unavailable for another client to book.
*A NOTE ON PAYMENT TYPES:
During checkout it only gives the option to pay through PayPal. HOWEVER, if you do not wish to use PayPal that is okay! Here is what you'll do instead: You'll still click on the "Pay via PayPal" button, however once it prompts you to login to PayPal there is a second option underneath that says: or "Pay with a Debit/Credit Card". If you click on that button then you will NOT have to login to PayPal, instead you will be able to simply enter your card information as a guest and complete your payment that way!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT THESE SESSIONS:
These sessions are 20-minutes in length, and are booked back-to-back in order to be able to accommodate as many families as possible in the time-frame with the best lighting at this particular location!
Exact details on where to park and meet the photographer will be provided as the session draws near. As mentioned above, there is a short & relatively easy hike required in order to reach this spot. Most families, even those with little ones, should not have much trouble with this hike, unless a member of their family has physical disabilities. (I've even had clients bring along grandparents, and they made it down there just fine!) If you are unsure about a particular member of your family, please send Amber a private message or email with your concerns, and she will let you know whether it will be possible or not!

CONSIDER MAKING THIS A LONG DAY TRIP OR A WEEKEND GETAWAY!
It is highly recommended that you consider making your trip to this location a long "day trip", or even better yet a "weekend getaway". There are hotels, cabins, camping and AirBnB's nearby if you'd prefer not to do too much driving in one day. There is plenty to do around this state park and the surrounding area! Including 2 different lighthouses you can visit! This location is also not far from Astoria, OR - which is another fun place to spend the day!

THESE COASTAL BEACH SESSIONS CAN BE USED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Families, children, couples/engagement, HS Seniors, or Maternity. Dogs allowed.

TOTAL INVESTMENT:
These sessions are divided into TWO payments:
1. The first payment is the $150 retainer/booking fee that is paid today to secure your chosen time slot.
2. The second payment will be made AFTER your session, once you have viewed the proofs from your session and chosen your favorites that you'd like to purchase. YOU are in control of which images you purchase, and how many! This way you are only purchasing the images you love the most!

Enhanced: 10 digitals = $305
Deluxe: 15 digitals = $395
Legacy: 25 digitals = $535
Platinum: 35 digitals = $650
(Note: While the "Petite" Collection of 5 images is offered for other Special Events, it NOT offered for these types of travel sessions.)

BOOKING MULTIPLE TIME SLOTS:
If you add 2 or more time slots into your shopping cart (so that you are booking 2 sessions back to back for a longer overall session), please understand that when booking 2 sessions back to back there is a requirement to purchase 2 separate image packages from each of those sessions. (This means you'll need to purchase a minimum of two 10-image packages)

DISCLAIMER:
Because this booking fee/retainer is reserving a time on the photographer's schedule that cannot be booked by another client, it is non-refundable upon cancellation or no-show.

*A Note On Special Event Pricing:
Special Event Pricing differs greatly from booking an individual session with Amber Webb Photography. The reason for this is that during Special Events many families are seen back-to-back on the same day, and at a location pre-chosen by the photographer. Because of the quantity of families being seen, Amber is able to offer these Special Event Sessions at a lower price than if you were to book an individual session with her. With individual sessions the client is able to book their session on a specific date and at a specific location of their own choosing, and subsequently they are the only client Amber is working with that day. There is more of an investment involved with that type of exclusivity.
