Christmas Minis: GlassHouse/Sleigh/Camper/Trees

NATURE OF TODAY'S PURCHASE:
By making this purchase today you are placing the initial $150 Booking Fee/Retainer to secure your chosen time for a Christmas Mini Session with Amber Webb Photography. This venue will include use of the following (as seen in the photos): Glass House, Sleigh, Camper, Trees and the surrounding outdoor areas. There are 6-7 different setups to choose from within the Glass House itself. *If you would prefer less of a "holiday" feel for some/all of your images that will be possible as there are many areas we can use on this property and plenty of creative angles to determine what is/isn't in the background.

HOW TO BOOK:
To book a session you will click on the dropdown menu above that says "Select Variant". The dropdown menu will pop up and you will click on your desired time slot. Then hit the button below the dropdown menu that says: "Add To Cart".
You'll then proceed to Checkout. *Note: During Checkout it only gives the option to pay through PayPal. HOWEVER, if you don't like to use PayPal or don't have an account with them, that's okay, you don't have to! Here is what you'll do instead: You'll still click on the "Pay via PayPal" button, however once it prompts you to login to PayPal there is a second option underneath that says: or "Pay with a Debit/Credit Card". If you click on that button you will not have to login to use PayPal, instead you will be able to simply enter your card information as a guest, and complete your payment that way!
Once you have finished the Checkout process and your payment has gone through, your chosen day/time will automatically be removed from the list and unavailable for another client to book.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS **PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**:
These Christmas Mini Sessions are 15-minutes in length and they are booked back-to-back. Multiple families will be seen this day, so it is important that you are on time to your session as the photographer must remain on schedule to accommodate everyone! There is a specific time frame that has been booked at this location, and the photographer is not allowed to run over that time. Therefore if you are late to your session we will only be able to shoot for the time that remains before the next session, or the end of the rental period.
Exclusive Usage: The photographer has paid a rental fee to reserve this location, therefore no other photographers or visitors will be allowed in this area during the time the photographer has booked. There are no additional entrance or parking fees that the client will be responsible for. Exact details on where to park and meet the photographer will be provided as the session draws near.

WEATHER:
This particular venue does not allow rescheduling due to rain, and the rate Amber has paid to book this venue is non-refundable. Therefore if it is raining during your session time we will need to stay within the covered area of the glass house for your session. We can shoot in the outdoor areas (sleigh, camper, trees etc) if you don't mind getting wet or if you're willing to incorporate umbrellas into those images (which can sometimes be cute!). If you are not comfortable with either of those options then we will need to stay inside the glass house in order to stay dry. There are 6-7 different setups within the glass house itself, so we will still have plenty of variety, even if we are forced to stay inside.
TEMPERATURE: It will likely be cold in mid-November, so please dress appropriately. While the glass house is covered, the front and back are open to the elements and there are no heaters in there, therefore it will be just as cold in there as it is outside.

TOTAL INVESTMENT:
These Sessions are divided into TWO payments:
1. The first payment is the $150 retainer/booking fee that is paid today to secure your chosen time slot.
2. The second payment will be made AFTER your session, once you have viewed the proofs from your session and chosen your favorites that you'd like to purchase. YOU are in control of which images you purchase, and how many! This way you are only purchasing the images you love the most!

Petite: 5 digitals = $165
Enhanced: 10 digitals = $285
Deluxe: 15 digitals = $375
Legacy: 20 digitals = $440
Platinum: 30 digitals = $530

1 hi-res digital = $30
2 hi-res digitals = $50
3 hi-res digitals = $75

BOOKING MULTIPLE TIME SLOTS:
If you add 2 or more time slots into your shopping cart (so that you are booking 2 sessions back to back for a longer overall session), please understand that when booking 2 sessions back to back there is a requirement to purchase 2 separate image packages from each of those sessions. (This means you would need to purchase at the very minimum two of the 5-image packages.)

OPTIONAL: INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT PLAN:
You may inquire about splitting the total cost of your chosen Collection into 2 interest-free payments. The second payment will be made 2 weeks after the first. Please note that your final fully-retouched images will not be delivered until the second and final payment has been made.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
PROOFING GALLERIES:
You'll receive a link to your temporary proofing gallery within 1 week of your session date. Your proofing gallery will be active for 3 days so that you have time to narrow down your favorite images that you'd like to purchase.
FINAL PURCHASED IMAGES:
Once you have chosen your favorite images from your proofing gallery and purchased them, the final retouching process will begin on your purchased images. You can expect to receive your final fully-retouched photos within 24-48 hours after your purchase was made. (One extra day may be needed for full-gallery purchases.). If you need rushed delivery for any particular reason please let Amber know.

With all Mini Sessions/Special Events, because the Booking Fee/Retainer secures a spot on the photographer's schedule, thereby making it unavailable to book by another client, it is NON-refundable upon client cancellation or no-show.

*A Note On Special Event Pricing:
For those wondering why Special Event/Minis Pricing differs so greatly from booking an individual session with Amber Webb Photography... The reason for this is due to volume. On Special Event dates multiple families are seen back-to-back on the same day, at a location pre-chosen by the photographer. Because of the quantity of families being seen, Amber is able to offer these Special Event Sessions at a lower price than if you were to book an individual session. With individual sessions the client is able to book their session on a specific date and at a specific location of their own choosing, and subsequently they are the only client Amber is working with that day. There is more of an investment involved with that type of exclusivity. Furthermore, individual sessions last longer than Special Event sessions, and there is no abrupt session cutoff due to another client being booked immediately afterward.
