Purchase A Package: Senior Sessions
Welcome! This is the payment page where clients will select which package they would like to purchase from their 2025-2026 Senior Session with Amber Webb Photography.
In addition to the packages offered there is also the option to add on 1, 2 or 3 single images to any package - if needed - so that the client can end up with the exact number of images they wish to purchase. (More on this below)
**Please read all the details below first, and then feel free to reach out to Amber if you have any questions that were not answered here.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:
Step 1: Select your desired Package from the Dropdown Menu above, then click "Add To Cart". Repeat this process for any image add-ons (if applicable).
Step 2: Click the Checkout button and Complete your Payment.
Step 3: Make sure the number of images you purchased here today matches the number of images you saved in your Favorites folder (on Zenfolio)*
*The only exception to this is if you are purchasing the "Legacy Package" which includes ALL hi-res photos. In that case there is no need to create a Favorites folder on Zenfolio, as you'll be receiving all of the images in your proofing gallery.

ABOUT SINGLE IMAGE ADD-ONS:
If you'd like to add-on 1, 2 or 3 single digitals (in addition to the digitals in your chosen package), you may do so here on this page. Do this after you've added your package to your Shopping Cart. Once your package has been added to your cart you'll then return to this page and use the same dropdown menu above to select the number of additional digitals (1, 2, or 3) that you want to add-on, then click the "Add To Cart" button once again. This will add the additional digitals to your Shopping Cart, along with your chosen package. You can then proceed to checkout once for everything.
***Please Note: Single-image add-ons are ONLY available along with the purchase of a package. Single image add-ons cannot be purchased on their own, if you have not met the minimum package requirement (bronze is the minimum requirement).

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE PACKAGES:
*The Fine Art Prints included in the top 3 packages can be either 8x10 or 11x14. These are high-quality mounted prints that cannot be bent. They can be used inside or outside of a frame. These included prints are to be chosen from the digitals that you selected for your package.
**The 8x8 custom album included in the Legacy Package includes 20 pages with a linen or photo cover, and it can include up to 35 of your favorite images. Amber will custom design the album for you, and you will be able to preview the album design & color online before it is sent to the lab to print, therefore you can request any changes, if needed. Additional Options: If you would like to add additional pages to your album (in order to include more photos than 35), or upgrade your cover to crystal or leather, or increase the size of your album to 10x10 or 12x12, these options all exist, for an upgrade fee. All potential upgrade options will be presented during the album design process, but upgrades are completely optional.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH AMBER
If desired, you may split the total cost of your package (plus any add-ons, if applicable) into 2 or 3 installments. This type of payment arrangement is made directly with Amber and does not involve a third-party financing company, therefore there is no credit check involved. Amber will not charge you any interest on your payments, however please understand that your final, fully-retouched images will not be delivered until Amber has received the final payment and your balance has been paid in full. If a single image is needed ahead of time for a particular reason, please let Amber know. In such a case a single image can be retouched and delivered early, but only after the first payment has been received. All remaining images will be retouched and delivered once Amber has received the final payment and the balance has been paid in full. If a payment arrangement is made with Amber, you will NOT be using this standard payment page. Rather custom payments will be setup through Venmo or PayPal invoicing. Please reach out to Amber directly if you'd like to move forward with a payment arrangement. Please specify the number of payments (2 or 3), amount of each payment, and the frequency of the installments, that you wish to arrange.

"PAY LATER" FINANCING WITH PAYPAL
During Checkout some clients may see a "Pay Later" option with PayPal. Please understand that this option is completely different than setting up a payment arrangement with Amber. If you see a "Pay Later" option during checkout that is something that is set up directly with PayPal, it is totally separate from Amber, and it will likely require a credit check through PayPal. Selecting this "Pay Later" option will allow you to finance the total amount in your Shopping Cart, by setting up payment installments directly to PayPal. Some of their payment plans are interest-free, and some of their payment plans will have interest applied. The options they offer you may differ per person, as their offers are usually made based on your credit. Amber has no control of what options you're offered, or whether you're approved or not, as this process is all done entirely through PayPal and is separate from her.
**Why PayPal's "Pay Later" Financing option might be more desirable for some clients (versus setting up a payment arrangement with Amber directly): With the "Pay Later" option, PayPal will pay Amber up front, and then you will be making your agreed upon payments directly to PayPal after that. Because Amber is paid in full upfront, this means you will receive all of your purchased images within 24-48 hours (as soon as the final retouching has been completed). This may be more desirable for those clients who want to receive all of their images right away. Whereas with the other option described above (a payment arrangement made directly with Amber), with that option your final images are not delivered until the last payment has been received by Amber and your balance is paid in full.

ANY SPECIFIC RETOUCHING REQUESTS?
If you have any special retouching requests (above and beyond the normal retouching Amber will be doing), please send Amber an email letting her know what these requests are, and on which image(s).

FINAL RETOUCHING & FINAL GALLERY DELIVERY:
After you've paid for your package in full, the final retouching process will begin on the images you have selected/purchased. You can expect to receive your final gallery of fully-retouched images approximately 24-48 hours later. One extra day may be required for large or full-gallery purchases.

***BLACK FRIDAY / NEW YEARS DEALS: If you pre-purchased a discounted credit during a Black Friday or New Years sale, then you will have been emailed a custom discount code that you will enter during Checkout. This code will be custom to you, and it is automatically set to deduct the exact amount of credit you currently have on file with AWP. If you'd like to use a different amount of your credit toward today's transaction then please let Amber know the amount you wish to use and a new code will be generated for you to enter during Checkout..
