Purchase Your Images: Special Events 2024
This is the standard payment page where clients will choose which Digital Collection they would like to purchase from their 2024 Mini/Special Event Session with Amber Webb Photography.
Below are the exact steps to follow (detailed explanations for each step can be found by scrolling further down)......

STEPS TO FOLLOW:
Step 1: Add Item(s) from the Dropdown Menu above into your Shopping Cart.
Step 2: Click the Checkout button and Complete your Payment.
Step 3: Make sure your final image selections have been saved in a favorites folder on Zenfolio and sent to Amber.

STEP 1: ADD ITEMS TO CART
Near the top of this page you will find a dropdown menu that says "Select Variant". Click on that dropdown menu and choose your desired Digital Collection, then click the "Add To Cart" button.
Optional Image Add-Ons:
If you'd like to add-on 1, 2 or 3 single digitals in addition to your chosen Collection, you may do so here. Do this after you've added your Digital Collection to your Shopping Cart. Once that's been done you will return back to this page and use the same dropdown menu above to choose the number of additional digitals (1, 2, or 3) that you want to add-on, then click the "Add To Cart" button once again. This will add it to your Shopping Cart, along with your Digital Collection, thereby allowing you to checkout only once for everything.
*Please Note: Single-image add-ons are ONLY available with the purchase of a Digital Collection. Single images cannot be purchased from a session if a Collection has not also been purchased from that session (either purchased simultaneously, or purchased prior).

Enhanced: 10 digitals = $285

OPTIONAL: PURCHASE ENTIRE GALLERY
If your Proofing Gallery contains 40+ images and you'd like to purchase the entire gallery, this is possible. The final cost will depend on the size of your specific Proofing Gallery, as they all differ. If you'd like to purchase your entire gallery please contact Amber for an exact quote. If you decide to purchase your entire gallery then you will be invoiced separately through PayPal or Venmo (you won't be using this payment page for full-gallery purchases).

OPTIONAL: TWO-PAYMENT PLAN
If desired, you may split the total cost of your chosen Digital Collection into 2 equal payments. There will be NO interest charged. If you'd like to select this option then please contact Amber to set this up through PayPal or Venmo (you won't be using this payment page if you opt for the payment plan.) How the payment plan works: The first payment must be made before your proofing gallery expires. The second payment will then be made 2 weeks after the first payment (or sooner if the client chooses). **Please note that the final fully-retouched images are not delivered until the second and final payment has been made.

STEP 2: CHECKOUT
Once you've added all of your desired items to your Shopping Cart, click on the "Checkout" button, and complete the standard checkout process.
**FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT TO USE PAYPAL TO CHECKOUT: While the Checkout process automatically takes you to PayPal, it is possible to pay WITHOUT using PayPal, if you'd prefer. You will still click on the button that says Pay With PayPal, but then when it takes you to the login page, instead of logging into a PayPal account you will click below that where it says "Or Pay with a Debit/Credit Card". If you click on that option then you'll be able to checkout as a guest, and you will not have to login to PayPal.
***DISCOUNT CODES: If you were given a custom discount code to use, please remember to enter this code during the Checkout process. (Discount codes are ONLY given when a client has a credit to use toward their purchase. Not everyone will have a discount code to enter!)

STEP 3: SEND YOUR IMAGE LIST TO AMBER
If you have not already done so, please send Amber your list of image selections . This is done by sending your saved favorites folder on Zenfolio to the photographer (instructions on how to do this were provided via email). Please ensure that you have narrowed down your favorites folder to the exact number of images that you have chosen to purchase here today.

ANY SPECIFIC RETOUCHING REQUESTS?
If you have any special retouching requests (above and beyond the normal retouching Amber will be doing), please send Amber an email letting her know what these requests are, and on which image(s).

FINAL RETOUCHING & FINAL GALLERY DELIVERY:
After you've paid for your package in full and sent the photographer your favorites folder on Zenfolio, then the full-retouching process will begin on the images you have selected/purchased. You can expect to receive your final gallery of fully-retouched images approximately 24-48 hours later. One extra day may be required for full-gallery purchases.

**An Important Note on Special Event Pricing:
Please note that Special Event pricing differs from booking an Individual Session with AWP. During Special Events the photographer pre-selects the dates and locations, and multiple families are scheduled for shorter sessions back-to-back. Therefore, the photographer is able to offer discounted rates due to the higher volume, the shorter length of the sessions, and the need to only travel to one location while still seeing many families at once. This is in comparison to booking an individual session where the photographer is only working with one family that day, for a longer session, and on a specific date and location selected by that one family. In summation, the rates for a more exclusive and individualized service are higher.
