PLACING THE BOOKING FEE/RETAINER:
By making this purchase today you are submitting the initial Booking Fee/Retainer for a Lifestyle Newborn Session with Amber Webb Photography. This session will take place in your home. Before placing this Booking Fee you will need to contact Amber to ensure she has availability around your due date. Then you will come here to reserve a spot. Please Note: Your session is not reserved until this Booking Fee/Retainer has been paid.

RESERVE NOW, SCHEDULE LATER:
Due to the unpredictability of births we do not schedule your actual session until baby has arrived. By placing this booking fee/retainer today you are reserving a spot for a lifestyle newborn session around the window of your due date. This means that regardless of when baby arrives you are guaranteed to be fit into Amber's schedule around that time. HOW TO SCHEDULE: Please contact Amber within a couple days of baby's birth so that we can set the actual day/time of your session. Ideally we want lifestyle sessions to take place while baby is under a month old.

YOUR IMAGES WILL BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY:
Digitals & Printed Products are purchased separately from the Booking Fee. This will take place approximately 1 week after your session. At this time you'll be able to view a proofing gallery and select your favorite images that you wish to purchase. Lifestyle Newborn Image Collections start at $350 and go up from there. You are in control of how much you purchase. There are multiple different Collections available to suit different needs and different budgets. There is also an A la Carte where individual items may be added on to any of the Collections,. This allows you to customize your purchase so that you are getting exact what you want/need!

LIFESTYLE NEWBORN SESSION DETAILS:
This session will take place in the client's home, and will last approximately 1-hour. Session can include: parents, siblings, and pets. Lifestyle newborn sessions take a more photojournalistic approach, they are more natural, and less-posed, than studio sessions. The highly-posed images taken in the studio with props are not typically done during Lifestyle sessions. Clear direction will still be given, and measures will be taken to ensure there is good lighting, angles, and that the subjects are not in unflattering positions. The goal of a lifestyle session is to capture the family's unique story in the comfort of their home setting, with an emphasis on connections and personal details.
In-home lifestyle sessions will need to take place based on the time of day that your home has the best natural light. If your home has very little natural light available at any time of day then the photographer may need to bring additional lighting to the session. This will be discussed in advance. You do not need to deep clean your home prior to the session. A slight de-cluttering of the rooms we will be using is all that is necessary, and the photographer can help with this when she arrives, if needed.

PURPOSE OF BOOKING FEE/RETAINER:
This Booking Fee covers the time and talent of the photographer during your session, and serves to reserve your session date/time on her calendar, making it unavailable for another client to book.

POTENTIAL TRAVEL FEE:
The Booking Fee paid today covers the photographer's travel within a 30-min drive of Olympia. A small travel fee may apply for further locations, but this will be discussed ahead of time.

NON-REFUNDABLE NATURE:
Because this Booking Fee/Retainer reserves time on the photographer's schedule, thereby limiting availability for another client to book, it is non-refundable in nature. The only exception is if Amber needs to cancel the session due to emergency and is not able to promptly reschedule. In such a rare case, this Booking Fee/Retainer would be refunded in full.
