Booking Fee: Maternity

By making this purchase today you are submitting the initial Booking Fee/Retainer for a Maternity Session with Amber Webb Photography.

If you choose the 1-hour/1-location session, it will take place either in-studio OR outdoors.

If you choose the 2-hour/2-location session, it will take place both in-studio AND outdoors.

Purpose of the Booking Fee:

This initial Booking Fee serves multiple purposes. It acts as a retainer that secures your scheduled session with Amber Webb Photography. Only a certain number of sessions are accepted each month, and this fee secures one of those limited openings for you.

This Booking Fee also covers the time and talent of the photographer, including the photographer's travel within a 20-mile radius of Olympia (small travel fee will be discussed if further).

**Digitals and Printed Products will be purchased separately at your Ordering Appointment, which takes place 7-10 days after your session (usually via Zoom). At your Ordering Appt you will choose your favorite images that you wish to purchase. (The images you choose to purchase will then go on to be fully-retouched to perfection!)

Images are purchased in "Collections", which include a mixture of digitals and printed products. The base Collection starts at $795 and they go up from there, depending on how much you wish to purchase.

AMOUNT DUE TODAY:
The amount of your Booking Fee depends on which session length you choose, as described below:

$175: 1-hr / 1-location (Studio OR Outdoors)

$200: 2-hr / 2-location (Studio AND Outdoors)

Non-Refundable Nature:
Because this Booking Fee acts as a retainer to secure a limited booking on AWP’s schedule, it is therefore non-refundable upon cancellation, as other potential clients will be turned away once all spots are filled.

The Booking Fee WILL be refunded in full if Amber has to cancel due to an emergency where she is unable to reschedule (this is very unlikely).

HOW TO PAY BOOKING FEE:

Please click on the dropdown menu below to make your session selection (1-hour or 2-hour). Then click "Add to Cart". Follow the standard Checkout procedure at that point.

Once your Booking Fee has been paid then the session day/time you've discussed with Amber will be secured on her schedule.
