Booking Fee: Maternity
NATURE OF YOUR PURCHASE TODAY:
By making this purchase today you are submitting the initial Booking Fee/Retainer for a Maternity Session with Amber Webb Photography. This Booking Fee should only be paid once you have contacted Amber for availability and determined your session type and session date with her. Paying this Booking Fee will secure that session date on her calendar. You will purchase your images separately after the session (more on this below).

MATERNITY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:
There are two options to choose from in the dropdown menu above where it says "Select Option":
OPTION 1: Studio -OR- Outdoors (not both):
Session lasts up to 1-hour
$150 Booking Fee
OPTION 2: "Deluxe" (Studio + Outdoors):
Session lasts up to 2-hours
$200 Booking Fee

PURPOSE OF THIS BOOKING FEE:
This initial Booking Fee serves multiple purposes. It acts as a retainer that secures your scheduled session with Amber Webb Photography. Only a certain number of sessions are accepted each month, and this fee secures one of those limited openings for you.
This Booking Fee also covers the time and talent of the photographer, including the photographer's travel within a 30-minute drive of Olympia for Outdoor sessions. If you desire a further location for your outdoor maternity session then a small travel fee may apply, which will be discussed ahead of time.
If you are booking the "Deluxe" session that includes both studio + outdoors, please note that the time spent driving between the outdoor location and the studio does eat up part of your 2-hour session time, therefore the outdoor location should be within a 15-minute drive of Amber's Olympia studio, in order to maximize our shooting time at both locations. If you desire an outdoor location that is more than a 30-minute drive from the Olympia area then it may be subject to a small travel fee, which will be discussed ahead of time.
Certain destination locations will require a separate shooting day from the studio portion. In such a case there will be an additional fee of $50 for splitting the session into separate days. Everything will be discussed ahead of time as we plan, so that there are no surprises.

YOUR IMAGES WILL BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY:
Digitals & Printed Products are purchased separately from the Booking Fee. This will take place approximately 1 week after your session. At this time you'll be able to view a proofing gallery and select your favorite images that you wish to purchase. Maternity Image Collections start at $275 and go up from there. You are in control of how much you purchase. There are multiple different Collections available to suit different needs and different budgets. There is also an A la Carte where individual items may be added on to any of the Collections,. This allows you to customize your purchase so that you are getting exact what you want/need!

NON-REFUNDABLE NATURE:
Because this Booking Fee acts as a retainer to secure a limited booking on the photographer's schedule, it is therefore non-refundable upon cancellation, as other potential clients will be turned away once all spots are filled. The Booking Fee will only be refunded if Amber has to cancel due to an emergency where she is unable to reschedule within an appropriate timeframe (this is very unlikely).
