HOW TO BOOK A TIME SLOT:
At the top of this page you'll see a dropdown menu that says "Select Variant". Click on that and choose your desired time from the list of available times, then click the "Add To Cart" button just below it.
Once you have finished the Checkout process and your $175 booking fee payment has been submitted, your chosen time slot will be removed from the list and unavailable for another client to book.

FULLY-CUSTOMIZED PRE-PLANNED SESSIONS:
Each session is 30 minutes in length with a 10-minute gap between sessions to allow for necessary re-arrangement. These are fully-customized, pre-planned sessions. The photographer will be contacting each family the week prior to the session to plan out your box arrangement and props/ideas. Careful thought will be put into the placement of your 9 boxes to ensure a final collage that is: interactive yet realistic, fun, personal, and pleasing to the eye.

PROPS & ACESSORIES:
You will have full access to all of the photographer's holiday props: a small tree, white wreath, red ball ornaments, string of large colorful Christmas lights, mistletoe, a large candy cane, and several different types of themed or plain blankets or furs . There will also be a small red chair and a crate available. You are also encouraged to bring your own personal items to use as props. Items that are personal to your children and their personalities or interests make for great props during these sessions! Milk & cookies are also a great option, and vintage glass bottles with red/white striped straws are available to use if you're interested. *A note about props: please do not feel pressured to use any props whatsoever if you want to keep your collage simple and free of any "theme" (more on this below)!

NEUTRAL OPTION (NO THEME):
If you would prefer to have a neutral session (no theme) this is also an option. This can simply be a unique family session that is not specific to the holidays! Or use the session for birthday or milestone photos of your kiddos! Or as mentioned above, as a special gift to the grandparents by including all of their grandchildren. (See the sample photo that we did for my parents a couple of years ago! All of their grandkids are now framed in a fun way on their walls, they loved it!)
If you have any other specific ideas in mind please discuss them with the photographer ahead of time. We can most likely make it happen!

WARDROBE & OUTFIT CHANGES:
This part is your choice! While Christmas pajamas are pictured here (for the themed sessions), you can wear anything you'd like for these sessions! You are also welcome to bring an outfit change or accessory changes, if you'd like more variety in your boxes.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE & WHEN:
You will receive 9 unique, fully-retouched images that have been combined into a square-shaped collage that tells an interactive story. It will be fully-customized to your children/family. Approx 5-7 days after your session you will be sent a link to download the high-resolution file of your collage. You will also have the option to print your collage through a professional printing lab (this is optional, not required), or you may choose to place it into a template of your choice when making your holiday cards. More information on this will be provided when your collage is delivered. *Collage is guaranteed to be delivered by Black Friday if the image will be used to make holiday cards!

TOTAL INVESTMENT:
These In-The-Box Sessions are divided into TWO equal payments, as described below:
1. PAYMENT #1: The first $175 payment is the booking fee/retainer that is paid TODAY to secure your chosen time slot.
2. PAYMENT #2: The second payment of $175 is due TWO DAYS prior to your session. You'll be sent a link to make this payment online. This final payment must be received before your actual session.

BOOKING FEE DISCLAIMER:
Because this Booking Fee/Retainer secures a spot on the photographer's schedule thereby making it unavailable to book by another client, it is NON-refundable upon client cancellation or no-show.
