In-The-Box: Initial Booking Fee
Looking for a unique way to photograph your children or family? These creative, fully-customized in-the-box sessions are the perfect way to achieve that!
These in-the-box sessions can be used for many different things, including but not limited to: Milestones, graduation, cousins, siblings, families, pets too!
(There are 2 different sized boxes: a smaller box for babies/toddlers, and a larger box for older children and families.)

NATURE OF TODAY'S PURCHASE:
By making this purchase today you are placing the initial $150 Booking Fee/Retainer to secure your chosen day/time for an "In The Box" Session with Amber Webb Photography.
**PLEASE NOTE: These in-the-box sessions are split into 2 equal payments. Today's payment is for the Booking Fee/Retainer which reserves your spot. The second payment will be due the day before your session (more info on this below).

HOW TO BOOK A TIME SLOT:
At the top of this page you'll see a dropdown menu that says "Select Option". Click on that and choose your desired time from the list of available times, then click the "Add To Cart" button just below it.
Once you have finished the Checkout process and your $150 payment has been submitted, your chosen time slot will be removed from the list and unavailable for another client to book.

FULLY-CUSTOMIZED PRE-PLANNED SESSIONS:
Each session will last 20-30 minutes. These are fully-customized, pre-planned sessions. The photographer will be contacting each family in the week prior to the session to plan out your box arrangement and discuss all props/ideas, and to discuss which size box will be best for your needs. Careful thought will be put into the placement of your 9 boxes to ensure a final collage that is: interactive yet realistic, fun, personal, and pleasing to the eye.

PROPS & ACESSORIES:
You will have full access to all of the photographer's props, please reach out to her to discuss what ideas you have in mind and to go over what props are already available that might work for what you have in mind, as well as what props will need to be brought with you. You are encouraged to bring along your own personal items to incorporate into your box. Items that are personal to your children and their personalities or interests make for the best props during these types of sessions! That said, if you would like a more simple look to your box collage, please do not feel pressured to use any props whatsoever or feel pressured to create an obvious theme. This is all about you and what you're hoping to achieve, whatever that may look like!

WARDROBE & OUTFIT CHANGES:
You are welcome to bring multiple outfit changes if you would like a variety in your boxes, or you may stay in the same outfit, the choice is yours!

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE & WHEN:
You will receive 9 unique, fully-retouched images that have been combined into 1 square-shaped collage that tells an interactive story. It will be fully-customized to your children/family. Approx 7-10 days after your session you will be sent a link to download the high-resolution digital file of your 9-box collage. At that time you will have the option to print your collage through a professional printing lab (this is optional, not required), or you may choose to print at the consumer lab of your choice using the digital file you receive.

TOTAL INVESTMENT:
These In-The-Box Sessions are divided into TWO equal payments, as described below:
1. PAYMENT #1: The first $150 payment is the booking fee/retainer that is paid TODAY to secure your chosen time slot.
2. PAYMENT #2: The second payment of $150 is due the day before your session. You will be sent a link to make this payment as it gets closer. (This final payment must be received before your actual session.)

BOOKING FEE DISCLAIMER:
Because this Booking Fee/Retainer secures a spot on the photographer's schedule thereby making it unavailable to book by another client, it is NON-refundable upon client cancellation or no-show.
