By making this purchase today you are placing the initial $125 Booking Fee/Retainer to secure your chosen time slot for a 2026 Spring/Mother's Day Mini Session with Amber Webb Photography.

**IMPORTANT NOTE 2: If using your session for Mother's Day photos you are guaranteed to receive your final images by Mother's Day!

WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR?
In short - everyone! These mini sessions can be used for a variety of purposes. Whether it's Mother's Day photos or general spring photos for families or couples. Do you have a highschool senior who still needs some senior photos before graduation? Or cap/gown photos? These minis are a great option for that. Pregnant and you'd like a gorgeous location where you can get some quick maternity photos to document this time in your life? These minis would be perfect for that! Have a child who is turning one? Feel free to bring a small cake and we can do a cake smash session with the most gorgeous of backdrops! The choices are practically endless, use these minis for whatever your life is currently in need of!
**Dogs are welcome to attend, but this venue requires them to be on a leash the entire time due to the presence of farm animals nearby.

ABOUT THIS VENUE:
I have rented the "Glass House" at Wild Hearts Farm for these Spring/Mother's Day Mini Sessions. My rental period is during the golden hour so that we have the best chance of beautiful lighting! I have rented this venue multiple times in the past and it is always a favorite of mine, as well as the clients who have had their sessions here. No other photographer is able to use the Glass House during my rental period. Not only are we able to use the gorgeous Glass House itself, but we are also able to use the common outdoor areas surrounding it, which includes: the flower gardens, the swing, trees, fields, & fence line. All of those common areas are included with the rental of the Glass House, and we can shoot wherever you'd like (if weather permits), keeping in mind that walking to each area does eat up part of our session time. My recommendation would be to arrive to your session plenty early so that you can scope out the different common areas before your session starts, and decide if you have any areas you want to prioritize, or if you want to just stay at the Glass House and the immediate areas surrounding it.

WEATHER CONCERNS:
If it's raining then we can stay inside the Glass House to stay dry. As you can see in the photos, the inside of the Glass House is beautiful and it's full of windows so a wonderful amount of natural light pours in, to where you almost feel like you're outdoors, even though you're inside and protected from the elements! This venue does not allow rescheduling due to weather, since a covered area is provided. Therefore these sessions will move forward as scheduled regardless of the forecast. But we will of course hope for sun!

HOW TO BOOK:
To book a session you will click above where it says "Select Option". The dropdown menu will pop up and you will click on your desired time slot. Then hit the button below the dropdown menu that says: "Add To Cart".
You'll then proceed to Checkout. *Note: During Checkout it only gives the option to pay through PayPal. HOWEVER, if you don't like to use PayPal or don't have an account with them, that's okay, you don't have to! Here is what you'll do instead: You'll still click on the "Pay via PayPal" button, then once it prompts you to login to PayPal you'll see that there is a second option underneath that says: or "Pay with a Debit/Credit Card". If you click on that option then you will not have to login to use PayPal, instead you will be able to simply enter your card information as a guest, and complete your payment that way!
Once you have finished the Checkout process and your payment has gone through, your chosen time slot will automatically be removed from the list and unavailable for another client to book.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT THESE SESSIONS:
These Spring/Mother's Day sessions are 15-minutes in length and they are booked back-to-back. Multiple families will be seen on these particular days, so it is important that you are on time to your session as the photographer must remain on schedule to accommodate everyone! Exact details on where to park and meet the photographer will be provided as the session draws near. It is recommended that you arrive extra early if you'd like to be able to scope out the available areas prior to the start of your session, to see if there are any particular areas you'd like to prioritize during your session, or if you'd rather stay at the Glass House and the outdoor areas that immediately surround it. (Walking to different areas on the property does eat up part of your session time, so please keep that in mind! This is why I recommend arriving early to scope it out before your session, to decide what appeals to you the most and where you'd like to focus your time! Some may choose to stay at the Glass House and the outdoor areas immediately surrounding it, to maximize their session time, whereas others may find the other areas on the property more to their liking, and be willing to walk to those areas - everyone is different!)

TOTAL INVESTMENT:
These Spring/Mother's Day Minis are divided into TWO $125 payments:
1. PAYMENT #1: This is the $125 retainer/booking fee that is paid today to secure your chosen time slot.
2. PAYMENT #2: The second payment of $125 must be made by May 1st. (Please Note: If a client does not make the second payment then they risk their session being forfeited.) You'll be sent a link to make this second payment as it gets closer.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
5 images are automatically included with your session, and YOU are able to select which 5 images you receive from a proofing gallery.
WANT MORE THAN 5 IMAGES?
No problem! After your session when you receive your proofing gallery, if you would like to purchase additional images beyond the 5 that are included in your session, you will have the option to upgrade at that time.

BOOKING MULTIPLE TIME SLOTS:
If you add 2 time slots into your shopping cart (so that you are booking 2 sessions back to back for a longer overall session), please understand that when booking 2 sessions back to back the full payments are still due for both time slots, and then you will receive the 5 images per time slot (for a total of 10 images included). Once you receive your proofing gallery you may choose to add on additional images beyond the 10 included, if you'd like.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PROOFS & MY FINAL IMAGES?
FOR MOTHER'S DAY PHOTOS:
Priority gallery delivery will apply to any families who are using their session specifically for Mother's Day Photos, to ensure that you receive your final images by Mother's Day (which is on May 10th.). For those families, they will receive their proofing galleries within 2-3 days after their session. The sooner you are able to select your favorite images, the faster they'll be returned to you in their final format. Once you have submitted your selections to the photographer, the turn-around time to receive your final images will be 24 hours.
FOR GENERAL SPRING PHOTOS:
For those Families/Couples/Seniors who are using their session for general Spring photos, you can expect to receive your proofing galleries approx 7-8 days after your session. Once you have submitted your selections to the photographer the turn-around time to receive your final images will be 24-48 hours.

With all Mini Sessions/Special Events, because this Booking Fee/Retainer secures a spot on the photographer's schedule, thereby making it unavailable to book by another client, it is NON-refundable upon client cancellation or no-show.

*A Note On Mini Session/Special Event Pricing:
For those wondering why Special Event/Mini Session pricing differs from booking an individual session with Amber Webb Photography... The reason for this is due to volume. On Special Event/Mini Session dates multiple families are seen back-to-back on the same day, at a location pre-chosen by the photographer. Because of the quantity of families being seen, Amber is able to offer these types of sessions at a lower price than if you were to book an individual session with her. With individual sessions the client is able to book their session on a specific date and at a specific location of their own choosing, and subsequently they are typically the only client Amber is working with that day. There is more of an investment involved with that type of exclusivity. Furthermore, individual sessions last longer than Special Event/Mini Sessions, and there is no abrupt session cutoff due to another client being booked immediately afterward.
