NATURE OF TODAY'S PURCHASE:
By making this purchase today you are placing the initial $150 Booking Fee/Retainer to secure your chosen time slot for a 2026 Milestone Mini Session with Amber Webb Photography.
**IMPORTANT NOTE 1: These sessions are split into 2 equal payments. Today's $150 payment is for the Booking Fee/Retainer only. There will be a second $150 payment due 1-day prior to the session (please read more on this below and to see what is included.)

WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR?
Any child 3 months to 5 years. These mini sessions are meant for capturing babies and toddlers at their different stages, as they change so drastically in those first few years of life!

HOW TO BOOK:
To book a session you will click above where it says "Select Option". The dropdown menu will pop up and you will click on your desired day/time slot. Then hit the button below the dropdown menu that says: "Add To Cart".
Once you have finished the Checkout process and your payment has gone through, your chosen time slot will automatically be removed from the list and unavailable for another client to book.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT THESE SESSIONS:
Each session will last approximately 20-25 minutes. You are welcome to bring along 2-3 outfit selections of your own, or you may choose from the outfits that Amber has available at her studio. All of the backdrops and props in Amber's collection are available for use. In addition to the backdrops and props available, there is also the "lifestyle" room which has a bed/window setup, which can be used as well. If you have a particular prop or sentimental item that you'd like to include in your session you are welcome to bring it along and we can incorporate it. *If your child is turning 1 and you'd like to use this mini session for a cake smash session this is possible, but please discuss it with Amber ahead of time as cake smash sessions require a specific vinyl backdrop setup.

TOTAL INVESTMENT:
These Milestone Minis are divided into TWO $150 payments:
1. PAYMENT #1: This is the $150 retainer/booking fee that is paid today to secure your chosen time slot.
2. PAYMENT #2: The second payment of $150 is due the day before your session. You'll be sent a link to make this second payment as it gets closer. (Please Note: If a client does not make the second payment before their session then they risk their session being forfeited.)
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
7 images are automatically included with your session, and YOU are able to select your favorite 7 images from a proofing gallery.
WANT MORE THAN 7 IMAGES?
No problem! After your session when you receive your proofing gallery, if you would like to purchase additional images beyond the 7 that are included with your session, you will have the option to upgrade at that time.

BOOKING MULTIPLE TIME SLOTS:
If you add 2 time slots into your shopping cart (so that you are booking 2 sessions back to back for a longer overall session), please understand that when booking 2 sessions back to back the full payments are still due for both time slots, and then you will receive the 5 images per time slot (for a total of 10 images included). Once you receive your proofing gallery you may choose to add on additional images beyond the 10 included, if you'd like.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PROOFS & MY FINAL IMAGES?
PROOFING GALLERY:
Your proofing gallery, which you will use to select your favorite 7 images from your session (or more if you decide to purchase additional images beyond the 7 included), will be sent within 5 days of your session.
FINAL IMAGES:
Once you select your favorite images and submit them to the photographer, your selected images will undergo a full-retouching before final delivery. You can expect to receive your final gallery of images within 24-48 hours after you have submitted your image selections.

DISCLAIMER:
With all Mini Sessions/Special Events, because this Booking Fee/Retainer secures a spot on the photographer's schedule, thereby making it unavailable to book by another client, it is NON-refundable upon client cancellation or no-show.

*A Note On Mini Session/Special Event Pricing:
For those wondering why Special Event/Mini Session pricing differs from booking an individual session with Amber Webb Photography... The reason for this is due to volume. On Special Event/Mini Session dates multiple families are seen back-to-back on the same day, at a location pre-chosen by the photographer. Because of the quantity of families being seen, Amber is able to offer these types of sessions at a lower price than if you were to book an individual session with her. With individual sessions the client is able to book their session on a specific date and at a specific location of their own choosing, and subsequently they are typically the only client Amber is working with that day. There is more of an investment involved with that type of exclusivity. Furthermore, individual sessions last longer than Special Event/Mini Sessions, and there is no abrupt session cutoff due to another client being booked immediately afterward.
