Mt Rainier: Initial Booking Fee
NATURE OF TODAY'S PURCHASE:
By making this purchase today you are placing the initial retainer/booking fee to secure a 2026 "Mt Rainier" Special Event Session with Amber Webb Photography.
I have selected a NEW spot to use up at Mt Rainier this year (see photos for the spot we are using), and I am very excited about switching it up this year! *There is NO long hike required to reach this gorgeous spot! These sessions will be held in the evening time, in order to capture that beautiful soft, golden light.
**IMPORTANT NOTE:
Today's payment is for the initial Booking Fee/Retainer ONLY. You will purchase your images separately after the session (more on this below).

HOW TO BOOK:
To book a Mt Rainier session you will click on the dropdown menu above that says "Select Option". The dropdown menu will pop up and you will click on your desired date/time slot. Then hit the button below the dropdown menu that says: "Add To Cart".
Once you have finished the Checkout process and your payment has gone through, your chosen day/time will automatically be removed from the list and unavailable for another client to book.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT THESE SESSIONS:
These Mt Rainier sessions are 20-minutes in length, and the sessions are booked back-to-back in order to accommodate as many families as possible in the timeframe for which we have that beautiful golden light before the sun sets!
You will be parking at the Paradise visitor center parking area, and working your way over to the start of the Skyline Loop Trail, heading clockwise on that trail, to meet Amber for the start of your session. The meeting spot (where these photos were taken) is toward the beginning of this trail (when headed clockwise on the trail), so there is NO long hike required to reach the meeting spot!
*Important Note: You will need a pass to get to this part of Mt Rainier. You can get a standard day pass or an annual pass at the booth on the drive up, or if you plan to visit multiple national parks in the next year you can get an America The Beautiful pass. Please visit: nps.gov ahead of time to read about the different pass options and their prices, and you can even pre-purchase your pass online ahead of time, so that things go smoother/faster on the day of your session! (Please note: a Discover Pass does not work at Mt Rainier, as that pass is not for national parks.)

THESE MT RAINIER SESSIONS CAN BE USED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

TOTAL INVESTMENT:
Mt Rainier Special Event Sessions are divided into TWO payments:
1. The first payment is the $175 retainer/booking fee that is paid today to secure your chosen time slot.
2. The second payment will be made AFTER your session, once you have viewed the proofs from your session and chosen your favorites that you'd like to purchase. YOU are in control of which images you purchase, and how many! This way you are only purchasing the images you love the most!
Below are the Digital Packages that will be available to purchase after your session:
4 DIGITAL PACKAGES AVAILABLE:
10 digitals = $285
15 digitals = $375
25 digitals = $495
35 digitals = $595

SINGLE-IMAGE ADD-ONS:
1 hi-res digital = $30
2 hi-res digitals = $50
3 hi-res digitals = $75

OPTIONAL: INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT PLAN:
You may inquire with Amber about splitting the total cost of your chosen digital package into 2 or 3 interest-free payments. The payment amounts and frequency can be determined by the client, without stretching it out beyond 60 days. Please note that your final fully-retouched images will not be delivered until the final payment has been made. (One sneak peek can be delivered early after the first payment is made.)
OPTIONAL: PAYPAL'S PAY-LATER FINANCING:
For some folks during Checkout there will be an option given by PayPal to "Pay Later", which means you'd be setting up a payment plan directly with PayPal, not Amber. This is based on PayPal's approval and some of their payment plans are interest free while other plans will have interest added. Please note that Amber has nothing to do with their approval process, interest rates, or what type of payment plans you are offered by PayPal! The advantage to using this option is that it allows you to make payments directly to PayPal on your chosen package, but because PayPal pays Amber in full upfront you are able to receive your final images right away, instead of waiting until your payments have been completed.

BOOKING MULTIPLE TIME SLOTS:
If you add 2 or more time slots into your shopping cart (so that you are booking 2 sessions back to back for a longer overall session), please understand that when booking 2 sessions back to back there is a requirement to purchase 2 separate image packages from each of those sessions. (This means you would need to purchase at the very minimum 2 of the 10-image packages.)

NON-REFUNDABLE DISCLAIMER:
Because this booking fee/retainer is reserving a time on the photographer's schedule thereby making it unavailable for another client to book, it is non-refundable upon client cancellation or no-show.
